Coverage for Your Health and Financial Protection
Eligible full-time Art of Comfort employees have access to a benefits package designed to support their health and financial protection.
Medical coverage
Multiple Kaiser HMO and Anthem Blue Cross PPO options are available. Art of Comfort contributes toward employee medical coverage.
Dental coverage
Delta Dental PPO coverage includes preventive and other covered dental services, subject to plan terms.
Vision coverage
VSP coverage includes eye exams, lenses, frames, and contact-lens allowances, subject to plan terms.
Company-paid life and AD&D insurance
Employer-sponsored basic life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage is provided at no cost to eligible employees.
Coverage choices
Eligible employees may enroll qualified dependents and select among available plan options. Employee contributions vary by plan and coverage tier.
Benefits eligibility: Full-time employees working an average of at least 30 hours per week are eligible. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following the date of hire, subject to plan rules.
