Payment is due as outlined on the invoice or service agreement. Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, credit card, or approved financing.

Late or non-payment may result in additional fees, service suspension, or collections activity.

5. Financing

Financing options are offered through third-party providers and are subject to approval by those providers. Art of Comfort does not control financing decisions and is not responsible for lender terms or outcomes.

6. Repairs vs. Replacement

Art of Comfort follows a repair-first philosophy. Recommendations for replacement are made only when repairs are unsafe, impractical, or no longer cost-effective. Final decisions rest with the customer.

7. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment and vary by brand and model. Labor warranties, if provided, will be clearly outlined in writing.

Art of Comfort is not responsible for warranty coverage denied due to misuse, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or unauthorized repairs.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their system and property
• Maintain equipment according to manufacturer recommendations
• Notify Art of Comfort of known hazards (pets, attic conditions, electrical issues, etc.)

Failure to do so may limit our ability to perform services safely.

9. Safety & Work Conditions

Art of Comfort reserves the right to refuse or stop work if unsafe conditions are present, including but not limited to structural hazards, pest infestations, unsafe electrical conditions, or environmental dangers.
