Ric came out to diagnose an issue with my two zone HVAC heating. The heating was running downstairs but not upstairs. After some thorough detective work Ric isolated the issue to wiring between the furnace and the upstairs thermostat. He wasn't able to replace the wiring at the time because it was a two man job. We scheduled another appointment and a few days later Ric and Jose came to finish the job. Problem solved! In addition to that Ric connected up the c wire for both thermostats - something the original HVAC installer had not done, more the installer of the smart thermostats (neither of which jobs were done by Art). Finally my thermostats get constant power and aren't draining batteries every few weeks. Super happy with the work by Ric and Jose and highly recommend Arts.
